RENTAL TERMS

Rental Eligibility

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driving license (minimum 1 year) is required.
• UAE residents must present a valid UAE driving license.
• Tourists must present a national + international driving license.
• Additional documents may be requested (passport, Emirates ID, etc.).

Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must be used for legal purposes only.
• Off-road driving, racing, towing or any misuse is strictly prohibited.
• Only drivers listed on the contract are allowed to operate the vehicle.

Rental Period & Extensions

• The rental period starts at the time of vehicle pickup.
• Extensions must be requested at least 12 hours before the return time.
• Late returns may incur additional daily or hourly charges.

Rates & Payment

• Minimum rental period: 24 hours.
• Extra hours may be charged at one-third of the daily rate.
• Rates are in AED and may change without notice.
• Rental and insurance charges must be paid in advance (cash or major credit cards).
• Debit cards are not accepted for credit identification.

Fuel Policy

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
• Refueling charges apply if the fuel level is lower upon return.

Insurance & Liability

• Basic insurance is included unless stated otherwise.
• Full coverage applies only when the driver meets minimum age & experience.
• The renter is responsible for damages caused by negligence, misuse, or traffic violations.
• Refer to the insurance policy for full liability terms.

Salik, Tolls & Fines

• Salik/toll charges are applied based on usage (5 AED per toll).
• All traffic and municipality fines incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
• A 40 AED administrative fee may apply per fine.

Delivery & Collection

• Free delivery and pickup within Dubai.
• Additional charges apply for services outside Dubai (within UAE).

Vehicle Condition

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as rented.
• Cleaning fees may apply in cases of excessive dirt, smoking, or pet hair.

Accidents

• In case of an accident, notify the police immediately.
• Do not move the vehicle until the police issue a report.
• Failure to provide a police report makes the renter fully liable for all damages.

UAE-Only Use

• Vehicles must not be driven outside the UAE.
• Violations may result in penalties up to AED 10,000, and the vehicle may be blocked at the border.
