RENTAL TERMS
1. Rates
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Extra hours are charged at one-third of the daily rate. Our rates are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without prior notice. A 5 AED charge is applicable in the UAE for each time you pass the toll.
2. Driving License
All drivers must have a locally accepted driving license for at least one year. UAE residents require a valid UAE License.
Visitors should present a valid national and international driving license from their country of origin.
3. Fuel
Refueling charges are applied in case cars are returned without the same level of fuel provided during the rental of the vehicle.
4. Additional Drivers
You can add additional drivers for Free, as long as we have his passport copy and his driving license copy. Please be aware that additional drivers must meet the minimum age & driving experience to qualify for full insurance. Please contact us for further advice.
5. Insurance
Our cars are comprehensively insured and include third-party liability. The insurance policy also includes unlimited liability in case of death or permanent disability caused by bodily injury subject to the country’s court decision. Please refer to the rental policy for full insurance liability.
6. Minimum Age for Drivers
Renters must be at least 25 years old for luxury and sports car rentals for fully comprehensive insurance. And 21 years old for other cars. Please contact us for advice on insuring supercars in advance for clear advice.
7. Delivery & Collection
We can collect and deliver cars free of charge at any time within Dubai. Alternatively, a charge is applicable for collection and delivery services outside Dubai (within UAE). Please contact us for exact charges for outside Dubai – Conditions apply.
8. Accidents
In the event of an accident, you must notify the police immediately. You should not move the vehicle until the police issue a report. Failure to submit a police report will render you liable for all costs incurred as a result of the accident.
9. Traffic Fines
For every traffic and municipality fine incurred during the rental period, you will be charged a 40 AED fee to cover administration costs.
10. Rental within UAE Only
Cars must not be driven outside UAE, Failure to comply may result in a penalty of up to AED 10000 and the car will be blocked at the border.
11. Payment Terms
The cost of rental and insurance charges are payable in advance either in cash or through major credit cards. Please note that debit cards are not accepted as credit identification at the time of rental.
12. Salik Toll
Salik is calculated on usage and a detailed summary is available upon request.
